About the instructors
At Motorrijschool Versnel you will be taught by instructors who really have motorcycling in their DNA. They are experienced motorcyclists who also spend a lot of time on the motorcycle outside the lessons and continue to actively develop their knowledge and skills. This involvement is reflected in every lesson.
You will ride in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, together with other students. Whenever possible, you take your lessons with the same instructor, so that the guidance remains personal and familiar. At the same time, alternating from time to time can be valuable. In this way you will gain different insights and benefit from the collective experience within the team.
Your progress is tracked in the online planning system e-Rijschool. This way, you and your instructor always have insight into your development and you can easily schedule or adjust lessons yourself at your convenience.
There is regular coordination within the team about students' progress. This keeps the guidance well aligned and everyone knows where you stand.

What to bring for a trial class
You don't need to bring anything special. If you have sturdy, ankle-covering shoes, it is nice if you wear them. If you do not have these, we will provide them.
Furthermore, we only ask you to bring a valid driver's license or identification.
What if I don't have protective motorcycle gear?
During lessons, we provide appropriate and protective motorcycle clothing.
How long does the trial lesson last?
The intake / trial lesson takes about 2 hours. Afterwards, the result will be discussed and you will receive a clear indication of the number of lessons expected to be needed, including a clear overview of the associated costs.
The follow-up classes also have a class duration of 2 hours.
Can the intake/trial class also be taken with two people?
The intake/trial class can be taken alone or with two people.
The cost is 99 euros per person.
Is parking available?
The driving school is located in a business park where you can park for free.
Is pinning possible?
Payments must be made in advance. Payment is possible via iDEAL, bank transfer or a payment request.
In addition, cash payment is available in advance.
Is it possible to take a crash course?
Rush course is possible. Please inquire about the conditions and keep in mind additional costs of 150 euros.
Lessons are scheduled in close succession and both exams (AVB and AVD) are also scheduled within a short time frame. The prerequisite is that theory is in possession.
Is a motorcycle theory certificate required to start lessons?
The motorcycle theory certificate is not required to start motorcycle driving lessons.
A B license or motorcycle theory certificate is required to drive on public roads and take the AVB exam.
The motorcycle theory certificate is always required for the AVD exam.
Therefore, it is important to obtain theory in a timely manner during training.
Are lesson motorcycles available for all driving license categories?
Lesson motorcycles are available for the A1 (11 kW), A2 (35 kW) and A (>50 kW) licenses.
Is payment in installments possible?
Two clearly arranged learning packages are used, intended as a good and clear start to the training. Because of this clear structure, payment in installments is not necessary and unnecessarily large packages are omitted.
After completing a package, individual lessons or advantage strip cards can be continued if desired. This keeps the training clear, flexible and without complicated constructions.
Does a (trial) lesson always take place?
In extreme weather conditions, classes will not take place. This is always done in consultation. If in doubt, you can always contact us.
The lesson motorcycles are equipped with handle heaters and plenty of warm and protective motorcycle clothing is available. In addition, there is rain gear so that lessons can be taken comfortably even on cold or wet days.
In case of weather code orange, lessons will be cancelled. In case of slippery weather in combination with code yellow and extreme heat, no driving lessons will also take place.
Is it possible to start lessons right away, without a trial lesson?
Starting motorcycle driving lessons immediately is possible. Those who prefer to start right away can get in without an intake/trial lesson and start directly with a lesson package. This saves the cost of an intake and the training can start immediately.
An intake/trial lesson can help allow additional time to get acquainted and discuss a plan of action, but is not a required part of getting started.
